Sub: Preparation of Circle Gradation List of Postmaster Grade-I – regarding.

A list of officials working in the cadre of Postmaster Grade-I in the Circle with information pertaining to them is forwarded by email on 22.08.2013. Gradation List of the officials working in the cadre as on 01.07.2013 is to be prepared.
It is requested to –
i) confirm the correctness of data supplied in the list as the information is available with the concerned Divisions only;
ii) provide the correct information, if there is any discrepancy. The correct data is to be informed along with documentary proof for correcting the seniority accordingly, if necessary; and
iii) ensure that the information pertaining to the officials in the list is not kept blank and should be supplied.
The inter-se seniority of the officials who have secured same marks in the examination is also to be finalized as per the Gradation particulars of the officials. The same is fixed tentatively as per the details available as of now in the Circle Office.
It is therefore, requested to submit the report making necessary corrections in the list (sent by email) by email and also by post by 31.08.2013.
