                        The Minutes of Bi-Monthly meeting of Hyderabad City Region by Director of Postal Services (Hqrs) with the representatives of All India Postal Employees Union Group-C (NFPE) held on 21.08.2013 in the O/o the CPMG, A.P. Circle, Hyderabad is produced below. The following have attended the meeting.

1-04/ 2013	Non maintenance of Saidabad Colony SO ‘B’ class office for more than 20 years and also take security measures immediately.         It is replied by the SSPOs, Hyderabad South East Division that “The building is owned by APHB. Therefore, minimum required repairs will be carried out with the approval of Circle Office.” Hence, it is requested to necessary approval may please be issued to Hyderabad South East Division for carry out the minimum required repairs.	The matter is under process.

1-08/ 2013	Provision of Gate at the entrance at Banjara Hills PO.        SSPOs replied that the matter was taken up the Circle Office on 20.11.2012 as it is beyond the powers of the SSPOs, Hyderabad City Division. Expedite action immediately.	The matter is under process.
2-08/ 2013	Immediate supply of new Genset to Saroornagar and Malakpet SO in Hyderabad South East Division.       SSPOs, Hyderabad South East Division submitted a proposal to Circle Office for supply of new Genset. Expedite action in this regard.	Issue will be considered upon receipt of funds.
3-08/ 2013	Repairs to UPS at Nimboliadda PO in Hyderabad South East Division.       SSPOs, Hyderabad South East Division replied that approval is awaited from Circle Office. Approval may be given immediately.	This will be completed by 31.08.2013 latest.

                         Next Bi-Monthly Meeting will be held on 23.10.2013 and the Agenda of items if any should reach Circle Office on or before 01.10.2013.

2.      The AD (Bldgs) / AD (Technology), Circle Office, Hyderabad – 500 001. They are requested to take necessary action as per the replies and endorse copy to the union cell on the action taken as progress report is to be submitted to DPS (Hqrs)
